Problem

You might face issue when you try to test Proxy or business service through test console.
While testing the following error is thrown
"Validation of Proxy service does not exist failed "
If you test through SOAP UI you will get page 404 error.
All the servers (Admin server and OSB ) are up and running fine and there is no error shown in the logs
Solution

Step1:
In order to solve this issue you need to stop OSB server then Admin server . Now start Admin server and then OSB server.
Step2:
If it still does not fix the issue then restart the machine or box on which the server is installed.
Step 2 will definitely fix the issue.
